If you are anything like me, right now is the season for various parties and gatherings and it seems as though everyone is looking to do a potluck style option. I do love these, but I hate always bringing the same thing and really wanted to branch out and try something new with easy ingredients and quick preparation time. This recipe was super simple to create and literally took 5 minutes. Can’t beat that!
The ingredients are simple and most of us have them in our general pantry. The key to this recipe is these amazing Toll House DelightFulls Chocolate Morsels. These ones are filled with caramel and melt in your mouth and in your baking too! The Morsels come in both milk and dark chocolate with fillings like mint, peanut butter, cherry and of course caramel. They are definitely going to be a cornerstone in our family pantry from here on out!
Directions:
- Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and stick of softened butter in a mixing bowl and mix until the mixture is blended well and fluffy.
- Hand mix in the caramel chocolate morsels.
- At this point you can stick this in the refrigerator to allow it to thicken a bit more or you can serve as is with graham cracker stix!
