Puppy Dog Pals on DVD
When the email hit about Playtime with Puppy Dog Pals hit, I emailed with a very excited “count me in”! My daughter is a huge fan of Bingo and Rolly, but more than that, my nephew loves those curious pups. I snagged my nephew this weekend and we had a movie afternoon and boy was that little guy so happy!
Bingo and Rolly are back and ready to take on some amazing missions. From deep-sea diving to fetching four-leaf clovers in Ireland and checking out everything Down Under the puppy brothers are ready for adventure. They meet a new puppy pal, Keia in two bonus episodes that are packed with action, music and so much silly fun.
My nephew was mesmerized for a good portion of time. My daughter has watched the video for 5 days in a row and refused to allow me to send the video with my sister. So you could say that the little people in my life give the video 4 thumbs up. With 5 episodes, 2 bonus episodes and 110 minutes of runtime, your kids will get their Puppy Dog Pals fix and learn a little about the world they live in too!
Puppy Chow Popcorn
I knew that having my little nephew over for a movie day meant that I had to have a special day and treat ready for him! My family LOVES muddy buddy snacks and popcorn, so I decided to combine those into a sweet and salty snack that had everyone asking for more! This puppy chow popcorn is incredible and makes the perfect snack for a Playtime with Puppy Dog Pals afternoon.
The recipe is just 4 ingredients; popcorn, chocolate chips, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Simply pop some instant popcorn (1 bag was plenty for 3 kids and 2 adults) and place 1/2 the popcorn into a bowl.
Melt your chocolate chips. I prefer the double boiler method, but a microwave works just fine. Once the chocolate has been melted, then add in the peanut butter and mix well.
Add 1/2 of the chocolate and peanut butter mixture to the popcorn and mix until all pieces are moderately covered. Do the same with the second 1/2 of the popcorn. Then simply place the popcorn into a ziploc bag and add in the powdered sugar to cover it completely.
