Fall Pantry Staples

Fall arrived last week and with that brings those hearty family meals and snacks that bring warmth and comfort to your soul. Last week also ushered in our brand new appliances and so I was ready to get down in the kitchen and bring on all the fall foods!

Cooking with fall pantry staples.

Just like most families, we are constantly busy, running from school to work and athletics constantly. Making sure that I have delicious and quick home cooked meals are really important. Food is fuel and boy do we need fuel to get through these crazy weeks. If you are interested in checking out some of our fall pantry staples, read on for some quick dinner and snack ideas!

Success Rice

I am big on easy side dishes that are nutritious and pair well with a variety of foods. Quinoa and rice are fantastic options and Success Boil-in-Bag quinoa and jasmine rice are versatile, perfect solutions to fantastic dinners.

I love that I can pair it with a cut of meat and veggies, or create rice bowls and use them as main dishes. The boil-in-bag function is awesome and takes the guesswork out of cooking your quinoa and rice perfectly which also allows me the ability to focus on other meal items or even loading the dishwasher. This fall pantry staple is a must have!

Hunt’s Tomatoes

Stews, Soups, Tacos and casseroles always call for tomatoes in our home. I keep Hunt’s on hand because they are perfect for any dish and they are vine ripened and naturally steam peeled. Hunt’s fire roasted diced tomatoes have this incredible smokey flavor that tastes wonderful in chili or mixed in for taco night.

The 28oz can is also great for large batch cooking or even freezing in batches to use as needed. I personally premix my taco meat with these tomatoes and freeze it for a quick dinner option. I also really liked to purchase the Hunt’s Basil, Garlic & Oregano Stewed Tomatoes.

Chili Mac n Cheese

The blend of italian spices and perfectly sliced tomatoes are great in any fall recipe. This one pot chili mac is a recipe that my kids are always asking for and the Hunt’s tomatoes add extra flavor to this creamy and spicy dish.

Orville Redenbacher’s Pop Kits

Fall calls for family movie nights, snuggled under blankets with a bowl of popcorn and a heart full of love. Orville Redenbacher’s Pop Kits are the easy-to-make stovetop popcorn with the perfect pop. Just cut, pour and pop for a delicious savory snack that is perfect for those snuggly nights.

Stovetop Popcorn

We are new to stovetop popcorn, but my family was so excited to make this and we quite literally watched each kernel pop. Check out Orville Redenbacher to see their pop kit varieties and get this fall pantry staple.

Reddi Wip

Another favorite fall snack is hot chocolate. I actually keep hot chocolate mix, Reddi-wip and sprinkles on the counter because the family and I have a cup at least 3 times a week.

Keto Hot Chocolate

Reddi-wip zero sugar (not a low calorie food), is made with real cream and no artificial flavors and adds a great taste to any fruit, sundae, waffles or hot chocolate! Versatile and yummy and a great addition to your delicious creations.
