We walked in, grabbed our aprons, went through a quick tutorial of how to put together the recipes and then got to work prepping the recipes we chose and enjoying the music, some snacks and even a beverage! I was pretty much a professional by the time I got to my second freezer meal and was thoroughly enjoying using new ingredients in my cooking and the ease of putting everything together. Essentially you would go to a station where your chosen recipe was set up to prepare and you would put it together.
I was loving that I would set up my recipes and then all the clean up was taken care of by the amazing staff at Dream Dinners. They would clean up any messes, were always helpful and asking if I needed anything and they were consistently restocking the stations to make for a perfectly stocked and clean workspace. It was awesome to not have to worry about cleaning anything up!
We have made 3 out of 6 of the meals I made and our favorites so far have been this amazing Cattleman’s Pie. Even my kids ate this meal with all the veggies and delicious flavor. I was a bit nervous because they are not fans of most vegetables, but both kids (and the husband) downed this entire pie.
Another delicious and easy to make option we enjoyed was the French Tarragon Chicken with Redskin Potato Wedges. Wow! I had never had tarragon, but it was a really great flavor and although I was nervous that the serving size was too small for our family, it actually was perfect and we were all pleasantly satiated and happy after dinner.
Dream Dinners really has been a dream and makes deciding what to eat much less of a fuss in our home. Normally it takes 15 minutes to decide what we are going to cook, but with Dream Dinners, I run out to the freezer, grab a pre-prepped meal and get to work cooking. To help earn some extra meals I enrolled in PlatePoints. You can do this easily through their website and earn some great perks and meals!
I cannot say enough good stuff about Dream Dinners and how easy they have made home cooked meals. Please make sure to check them out on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.
