I am back with my simple Mantle Makeovers! This one is super easy, cheap and simple to do. I like the simplicity of everything and the “Love” theme!
I hit up the Target dollar section and the Dollar Tree and spent about $10.00 total on this look. I also paired my findings with a couple other decorative items I had around my house.
I found the & sign on clearance at Target for $4.00. The Love sign came from the dollar section there. I wanted to add a bit more texture to my mantle this time so I took the simple $1.00 scarf from the Dollar Tree and weaved it through.
I love to light my mantle up in the evening so these awesome $3.00 heart lights were perfect. In addition my candles in the center of the mantle are battery powered and so is the & sign. It makes for a very romantic, relaxing, warm feeling in the evening. The “LOVE” banner was in the Target dollar section with the lights for $3.00.
This burlap love sign from the Dollar Tree is super cute and would be very easy to make as well. I paired this with the heart shaped red glass vase and the cocktail candle. I purchased these at the Dollar Tree as well. The scarf makes its way to this side of the mantle to tie the entire look together, but still keep it simple.
I am enjoying the calmness of this mantle and it is making me excited for Valentine’s Day. I love sharing this day with my babies and my husband, as a family, enjoying a special dinner and fun movie with special snacks!
