Colorado Ballet’s The Nutcracker
In its 61st season (although to be fair, last year was not the same), Colorado Ballet is hitting the stage at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House for 26 in person performances that are sure to wow the long awaited crowds! The Nutcracker will be presented by PNC Bank and will run from November 27th through December 24th featuring live music from the renowned Colorado Ballet Orchestra.
Colorado Ballet spent years fundraising to finally debut their new sets and costumes that were created by designers Thomas Boyd and Holly Hynes. The original costumes were fabricated in 1986, and have been through 35 seasons of wear and tear. The new costumes and sets are sure to bring this already spectacular holiday experience to a new level.
