I love to redecorate our home based on the seasons and holidays. Saint Patrick’s Day is no different. With all the decorative changes in our household, I still have to remain budget conscious and so I put together an easy, eye-catching and budget friendly St. Patrick’s Day Table Decor tutorial.
The main stores that I always frequent when I am looking to dress up my home for the various seasons and holidays are Target, Michaels and the Dollar Tree.
This beautiful Celtic cross was only $6.00 (1/2 off) from Michael’s and I really love the stone feel to it.
For the placemats, I found the white ones in the Target Dollar section and the shamrock “napkins” were also there. They are actually bandanas, but I loved the look of them and they work great as napkins. The silver wire napkin rings were a gift and I think they came from Kohl’s.
I am a big fan of little trinkets and adding a fun touch to our decor. Our kids love this little leprechaun, which they actually picked out to have as a toy from the Dollar Tree and I may have borrowed to add to our table!
This blarney stone is another Dollar Tree find. I bought it years ago, but I have seen them this year and it is just a little fun to add to the table as well.
Personally, I love fresh flowers, however, when I found these fake glitter carnations with gold coin accents at the Dollar Tree I had to have them! They are fun and I just put them in an old vase with some clear plastic beads to cover up the plastic stems!
The most expensive purchase of my table decor was the gold metallic Lucky sign. It was 50% off and a total of $7.50 from Michaels. I just could not pass it up and love it. My daughter then put a little plastic hat on it from the Dollar Tree that they were playing with and I thought it was cute so I left it.
I have had these candlesticks for 10 years and I love them. I got them from Home Interiors way back when, but the candles were a clearance find at Michaels and they smell amazing! I loved the color combination and just had to have them on my table.
This St. Patrick’s Day table cost a total of $35.00 and is just the right touch to bring a little luck, fun and Irish Blessings into our home.
