RITZ Cracker Mini Sandwiches
Growing up my mom would take RITZ Crackers and put my favorite lunch time spreads on them for me to enjoy. It is something I distinctly remember and I loved that snack throughout my childhood. I have only occasionally done this with my own kids and I figured that since they are feeling the snack time boredom at school, I would mix it up with a childhood favorite!
The snack is simple. Take some RITZ Crackers in whatever variety you choose and add peanut butter to one side of 1/2 your crackers. On the other 1/2 of the crackers, place some hazelnut spread, honey and jelly. Place them together for some ooey gooey deliciousness!
They are a great snack for kids because they combine that sweet and salty taste that everyone adores and they are easy to eat. They are also easy to make and your kids can help too. Mine were very helpful and told me they would make them this week for lunches. I pack them up in little plastic containers that they can just open and eat right from.

I personally love that I can also enjoy this snack because the RITZ Crackers come in a Whole Wheat variety, although I am a sucker for RITZ Original Classic Crackers too. It makes me happy to pass on my favorite snack from my childhood with my children and to spark a little fun and flavor in their lives too!
