Closet Conundrum
If you are anything like I am, scarfs are your love and your closets nemesis. I try to pride myself on keeping an organized closet, but honestly, the scarfs have just been thrown in their with no real organization. I knew I needed a frugal fix that did not take up a lot of space.
What is great is that you probably have most of these items around the house, but if you do not, you can easily grab them at your local box store. I had the clothes hanger and then purchased the yarn on clearance and the shower rings from Wal*Mart. I actually spent $3.00 but figured that if you had to purchase the yarn at regular price that you would spend around $5.00. Not too shabby considering that scarf holders on Etsy are running around $40.00!
DIY Scarf Holder Tutorial
It was very easy to make and I just did it one night while watching my favorite TV show. I figured that it would be easier to type the directions on the photos this go round, so check out the photos and leave any questions in the comments section.

It looks great and is very functional. I love that I can see all my scarfs better now. I think you could easily add a 3rd row if you need more or just make 2. However, there is one thing that I will be fixing on mine. Take a look at the photo below.
It looks great and really does organize my scarfs, however, that bow in the center is not working for me, so I did a little readjustment. It is not super pretty but I actually like it. I think it looks fun and it definitely fixes the bowing problem!
