Looking for a fun pumpkin patch to visit in Colorado? This inexpensive patch offers more than just pumpkins, with a corn maze, farmers market & more!
I am taking some time each week to share our lives again. I mentioned that I miss that. I miss the part of our blog that was us and just the randomness of what we do. So today I wanted to share a little gem of fun that we recently had at a local pumpkin patch.
We live in a small country town, next to my now massive hometown. Our little town has some small family farms and one of them puts on a little pumpkin patch with a small corn maze. What we love about it is that it is only about 5 minutes from our home, it is priced very reasonably and it is not an all day event. Honestly, I like that we can just run over there, get some fall fun in and then get home or wherever we need to go.
We have went to this patch since it opened back in 2016 or 2017. They offer $2 to $6 pumpkins that are always awesome and then admission into the corn maze is $5. The kids love going through the maze and locating all the checkpoints. The owners also offer free popcorn and have other farmers market items and activities available. This year they offered free pumpkin painting and brick fired pizza cooked on site!
I love that we have this time together, with my parents and the cousins and that the memories we make will last a lifetime. For those wondering, the farm is called Johnson’s Farm and apiary and it is just the cutest. Check them out online!
