Earlier this month I took off for a short week of inspiration, fun and learning partnered with friends and brands that I adore. That is right, it was Mom 2.0 conference time and I was absolutely not going to miss that. After arriving at Mom 2.0 I had to check out one of my favorite brands to partner with, Best Buy and see this amazing LG Smart Kitchen they had on display.
Mom 2.0 is an amazing conference that brings brands, influencers and even some celebrities together in one space to network. Best Buy is always there and brings some fantastic technology to test and play with. This year, they brought this stand out LG Kitchen and we were able to try out several features. The kitchen boasts LG’s exclusive Matte Black stainless steel look with appliances that are wi-fi and voice-enables. You can actually control these kitchen appliances remotely!
The LG Smart Kitchen
One of the coolest gadgets we took a look at was the LG Instaview™ Refrigerator. It is a door-in-door fridge with wifi! You simply knock twice on the fridge door and you can easily see what is inside!
It lit up! Yes, that is my actual reaction and yes people giggled at me. It is cool though, this fridge was amazing. There is actually a door inside a door and the space inside is phenomenal.
A little reward for trying out the fridge was a mystery envelope with some magical prizes inside. From gift cards to Google Home Minis, but the real reward was that we were some of the first to check out this amazing kitchen. I went home and started reimagining my current kitchen and let me just say that we are definitely looking to purchase more smart appliance from LG! Our washer and dryer have been great additions and so we are sticking with this brand when we do our kitchen renovation!
