When my daughter learned that the Hotel Transylvania movies would be releasing a 3rd installment, she flipped out. She loves these movies and to be honest, I do to. I have a soft spot in my heart for Adam Sandler and Hotel Transylvania is always a family favorite. We were able to prescreen Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation and these are some of the reasons we really enjoyed this movie.
The Cast Is Back!
Hotel Transylvania brings back the awesome cast, featuring Adam Sandler as Drac, Selena Gomez as Mavis, Andy Samberg as Johnny as well as Kevin James, David Spade and Fran Drescher in their continuous roles. On a new adventure and introducing some new characters as well, this cast is a great group and really bring those characters to life. It is always going to be a good movie when the original cast returns and Hotel Transylvania 3 was no exception.
The Fun Is Just Starting
If you have thought that the storylines are all played out, you are completely wrong. We get to see our favorite characters expressing themselves in completely different ways and honestly it is so much fun. Watching Drac go from “blah, blah, blah” to a dancing machine or even seeing Wayne and Wanda Werewolf let loose when they become kid free, is very fun! I can tell you that I could definitely relate to them from our experience on our first family cruise this past year.
Everyone Needs A Vacation
Mischief will be abundant in Hotel Transylvania, but everyone needs a vacation and this one is sure to please every fan. Visiting mysterious places that people only wonder about, meeting new characters and watching our beloved ones get into and out of some really funny scenarios was awesome. Synoposis:
In Sony Pictures Animation’s Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, join our favorite monster family as they embark on a vacation on a luxury monster cruise ship so Drac can take a summer vacation from providing everyone else’s vacation at the hotel. It’s smooth sailing for Drac’s Pack as the monsters indulge in all of the shipboard fun the cruise has to offer, from monster volleyball to exotic excursions, and catching up on their moon tans. But the dream vacation turns into a nightmare when Mavis realizes Drac has fallen for the mysterious captain of the ship, Ericka, who hides a dangerous secret that could destroy all of monster-kind.
