I will try to make this short. I have been to the Sprint store 2x regarding my beautiful iPhone. The first was because the phone completely malfunctioned (mentioned earlier), the second was due to the phone not properly downloading an update and deciding to not unlock properly. That was an easy fix for the store and a perfect way to remind me that I am not as technologically savvy as I had previously expected.
I am still thrilled with my phone and aside from my two trips to the Sprint store, things have been decent.
One little con for us would be that it has taken between 25 and 30 minutes to get a representative on phone to help, but once we do, they are extremely helpful!
