Six years ago we moved into our home. It is a beautiful home and was nearly brand new. The couple that purchased the home from the builder separated right after moving in and then abandoned the house 6 months after that. It sat vacant for almost a year and we somehow won the home at an auction. It was meant to be my home, but it did need some work.

Our First Christmas in this home! |
The man that lived in the house was not super clean. We had to clean the carpets and wash the walls. There was actually candle wax smeared in various spots of the carpet that had to be removed and nail polish on walls. Due to the house being vacant for so long people also broke in and took the light fixtures and window screens and some appliances. However aside from some minor cosmetic issues, this home was and is perfect for us. We have fixed everything and because I am a clean freak we spent almost 2 weeks cleaning the house before we moved in. We cleaned EVERYTHING. I still clean constantly and I pride myself on a clean home, but there is just one thing.

My Soaker Tub…all the Heart Eye Smiles |
Our master bath stand up shower. I have a nice master bathroom. There is a soaker tub and dual sinks, the lighting in this bathroom is phenomenal and it is just a wonderful little sanctuary. However, the shower was disgusting. You would not know it by looking at the before pictures, but not only had I tried EVERY SINGLE cleaner on the market in addition to natural cleaners and tricks but I clean my shower weekly with bleach.

We had already started putting the cleaner on when I realized that I should take a picture. |
Gross, seriously disgusting. I have been so embarrassed of this shower and even though I know that I have been trying for 6 years to clean this and that it is as clean as I could get it, it was still the eye sore to my nearly perfect home. For 6 years it has been this color and to make matters worse the floor of this shower is textured and so the dirt and soap scum from the previous owners is embedded into the tiny textured crevices. YUCK! I hunted Pinterest and came across a small pin with hardly any traffic and no words on it with the products below pictured below.

Wow! The bathtube became like new.

Hi! Like you, I have shower floor that I cannot get clean. I feel like I’ve tried everything, so your recommendation of ROG3 is exciting. But I’m wondering what material your shower is made of? Mine is cultured marble, which is fussy about what is used to clean it. Any guidance would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Barb

Our shower is a insert thing that the builder put in. Next year I am putting in tile or marble or something that doesnt suck lol. ROG3 is awesome btw and I found this link that talks specifically about cultured marble from their website https://www.rog3.com/express-rog-3/
