Disney & Pixar Elemental

Elemental hits theaters today and is absolutely going to become a favorite. We screened it on Wednesday and I am not sure what I was expecting but a storyline featuring Earth, Air, Fire & Water that addresses culture, love, problem solving and working together to understand everyone and so much more was not it. However, it was perfectly and beautifully done.

I hope that you take the time to sit with your family and watch this. I feel like this world is so divisive and Elemental is building bridges and working to bring everyone back together. I just loved it so much. I will say that my oldest totally understood the theme, our daughter was just into how awesome the story was and the absolute hilarity of the characters. Disney and Pixar hit it out the park with this one.

I love Pixar shorts and the minute that Dug showed up on screen I was hooked. Elemental features the new short called Carl’s Date and let me tell you that it is the PERFECT start to this movie and boy does it make you giggle a ton. Check out the little sneak peak synopsis in the caption below.
