Creamy and Easy Instant Pot Potato Soup
As a Colorado native I love the snow and the chilly weather. We also love us some soup and this is the most creamy and easy instant pot potato soup on the internet!
My mom created this recipe several years back and now when the weather changes, you can bet we are all making this at home. We all do it just slightly different, but the end result is always incredible and oh so creamy!
–Potatoes –Heavy Whipping Cream –Carrots –Celery –Onion –Salt –Pepper –Celery salt –Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup –Chicken Broth –Breakfast Sausage
Ingredients
First you need to brown the sausage. I use the saute feature on the Instant Pot and this is done in about 5 minutes.
Instructions
While the meat is sauteing, slice up your potatoes and use a food processor to chop the carrots, celery and onions.
Once that is done, add the chicken broth and spices and stir together. Make sure to bring the meat up from the bottom of the pan and to really get a good mix together.
Add the cream of mushroom soup. I prefer to use the condensed version to making my own simply because of time.
