Only in the last few years has makeup become part of my daily routine. I have been an au natural lady for a long time, but now I am a mom and au natural really just made me feel and look frumpy. So I started to use a little foundation and some mascara and eyeshadow.
I was pretty excited to try out these wipes as my soap and water mixture is not always the most efficient at removing my mascara in particular. First off, they smell divine. I literally think that my breathing slows, eyes close and I am more relaxed just from the scent (ok this may be an over exaggeration but they smell really good)! Second, the do a good job getting the make up off with minimal effort. Finally and this is the best part, by using the towelettes I am saving up to five gallons of water! That for me is important.
Now there is one minor issue I have with the wipes. They are a little rough on the face. Kinda feels like my skin is getting lightly scratched, however, some people may like the exfoliating effects of that. For me, it is not as wonderful as that smell, that divine smell. However, it does the job so no major complaints.
Second: Carefree Acti-Fresh Pantiliners
I would be lying if I told you that I do not use these all the time. Literally, they are a free couponing item for me so why wouldn’t I use them? This is part of my stockpile below. There is almost always a $0.50 coupon off in the circulars and then my store doubles coupons up to $1.00. They are right around $1.00 or $0.99 so I just snag a bunch of them for free.
