
This low carb beef and riced broccoli recipes will make your taste buds scream for more! Slightly over 6 carbs per serving, this meal is great for dinner!
1. Combine 2 tbsp of corn starch, 2 tbsp of water and garlic powder in a small bowl.
2. Add the sliced round steak to the bowl and coat the meat completely
3. Brown the meat in a lightly oiled skillet.
4. In another bowl mix together 8 tbs (1/2 cup) of water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger and 1 tbsp of corn starch together. Set aside.
5. Remove cooked meat from skillet and set aside. Place Green Giant riced broccoli and diced onion in skillet and cook thoroughly.
6. Add meat into the broccoli and onion and then pour the sauce mixture over everything. Simmer while stirring for about 2 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and serve!
