Jalapeño Popper Cheese Ball

A perfect pairing of cream cheese and jalapeños in a dippable dish, perfect for your big game celebrations!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños picked work too
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup diced bacon
  • 1 bag RITZ Crisp & Thins

Instructions

  1. 1. Soften the cream cheese

    2. Mix in the jalapeños, sharp cheddar cheese, green onions and garlic powder into the cream cheese.

    3. Shape into a football on parchment paper or a flat dish and place in fridge to firm up. 

    4. Remove from fridge, add bacon pieces to the outside of the cheese ball (you will have to press in by hand)

    5. Place on a serving dish and surround the cheese ball with RITZ Crisp & Thins and serve!
