I feel so bad about this, but over 2 months ago, this sweet woman contacted me on Instagram and asked if I would be interested in reading her children’s book. I told her that I would love a copy, but that I was not sure if I would be able to share it with my readers. Most people do not even bother to send anything when I let them know that, however Ginny was different. She sent me not 1 but 2 copies of What’s Making Walter C. Laugh and I FINALLY have a moment to share this adorable book with you.
What’s Making Walter C. Laugh is a wonderful little book following a little boy named Walter C. of course. It has awesome illustrations and encourages the readers to use their imaginations. Admittedly, we did not open this book until last week, and since then, we read it every single night. My daughter adores it and I do too!
She often walks over to me and sits down with the book, as she works hard at sounding out words and learning to read the book herself. She is enamoured with the illustrations and the silly storyline and she too laughs with Walter C. It is such a whimsical story and one that I am so so so glad that we delved into!
