Easy Instant Pot Cabbage Rolls

This recipe is easy, but does require you do a few things before you get those delicious cabbage rolls in the pot!
–Water –Butter –Chicken Bullion –Cabbage –Rice –Ground Beef –Garlic salt –Season salt
Ingredients
Combine water, chicken bouillon and butter in the instant pot. Set on Sauté setting.
Instructions
Steam cabbage leaves and rice in separate pots.
Combine raw beef, season salt and garlic salt together in a separate bowl.
Once rice is cooked, mix it in with the ground beef mixture.
