This low carb, high protein chicken, bacon, artichoke cauliflower pizza will have you coming back for thirds and is so easy to make!
Using a tea towel, remove the moisture from the cooked cauliflower rice
Mix the cauliflower, eggs, garlic, basil, oregano and 1/2 a cup of the cheese together to make the crust.
Spread crust mixture onto your baking surface (may need to be lightly greased) and keep the thickness to 1/4-1/8/
Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes
Add toppings (Spread our ranch dressing, add bacon, chicken, artichokes and 1 cup of cheese mixture)
Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes
Remove, cut into pieces and enjoy!
