Over the last couple weeks, I have been working on a really awesome pilot program. It is called Thank with Google and it is a great way to connect.
Disclosure: I am partnering with Google as a paid early tester. All opinions are my own.
What is Thank with Google?
Thank with Google is a fun way for my followers to connect with me, show their appreciation and support this little blog. It is a way to connect and engage with a quick little “thanks”. This is an experimental pilot program feature, but one that I am thoroughly enjoying both as a user and a creator.
You will notice that on this page there are various areas that you can “thank” me. Readers can now send a paid sticker, share a personal message and even support me monetarily if they feel like my content was a benefit.
Why I Love this Feature?
As a creator, often we put out content and although I can see that people are reading and which posts they like the most, I never really get feedback. We live in such a fast paced world that we often, read and then click away. Gone are the days of comments on blogs.
I pour my soul into this website and work so hard to create content that people find useful, inspiring and oftentimes relatable. Sometimes it feels all for not. However with the Thank with Google option, my audience can send me some quick feedback with just a click or two.
I can use that feedback to create similar content with even more useful and fun information as well as to work on things and make sure that what I produce is what you need. I am always open to growth and feedback is essential to that.
Connect with Me!
Over the past 12 years I have shared our personal stories, renovations, crafts, parenting advice and so much more. What I notice the most is that people connect to real life and are looking for advice that is actionable.
As a parent and a teacher I do the exact same, and so I hope that the content that I am creating is something that you value and that you would share with others. I would truly love it if you would connect with me and send me a little “Thanks”.
